TACO

Taco is a custom Ø90 cm pendant lighting designed exclusively for the established jewelry store Sponza, specifically for its Izmir Istinye Park location. Featuring bent ribbed glass and a titanium-gold metal body, it incorporates integrated LED lighting to softly illuminate the jewelry below while acting as a refined architectural element within the space.

The form, materials, and detailing were intentionally aligned with the architectural concept developed by MAS, repeating key textures and finishes to create a cohesive visual language throughout the interior. Bending the glass at this scale required highly precise and delicate fabrication, made possible through the craftsmanship of Saken.
